Then he tells his boss exactly what can be done with his job! (I, personally, would not want to go back to work after my employer hired an assassin to deal with me)<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><i>Black Lagoon<\/i> is packed with entertainment value and is less guilty than a Hollywood blockbuster because it would have cost just a fraction of that sort of budget to make. The characterisation is broad, so that we may have a good time with the crew of the ship, and Levi has the benefit of having a large cup size without the insult of throwing her boobs at us all of the time.<\/p>\n<p>Plus the English is amazing! The word &#8220;fuck&#8221; was used at least twice in this episode, and Dutch says upon ascertaining that he is still alive &#8220;Amen, hallelujah, peanut butter&#8221;. You couldn&#8217;t <i>pay<\/I> an English language screenwriter to write dialogue that good.<\/p>\n<p>Particularly fun was the symbolism of Rock removing his tie once and for all &#8211; and then he&#8217;s wearing it again in the next scene &#8211; and also the bizarre instance of showing the torpedo smashing right into the opponent&#8217;s face.<\/p>\n<p>Great stuff.
